We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used food products
• Items with broken seals
• Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, refrigerated items)
• Custom or special-order products

3. Return Process

2. Pack the item securely.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
• If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos attached. We will replace or refund the item.
