We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used food products
- Items with broken seals
- Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, refrigerated items)
- Custom or special-order products
3. Return Process
- Contact us at dadchicoenterprises@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos attached. We will replace or refund the item.
